Red Hot Chili Pepper Sue Over Merch

The next time you buy a $10 shirt outside of a concert don't forget your buying a bootleg (or an illegal). In general when merchandise is officially licensed it's sold at the concert, inside the venue. When logo's get used without a band's (license) permission they're typically sold on the streets (outside of each show). While bands depend greatly on their merchandise sales misusing their logo's, is like stealing from a band. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are really cracking down on illegal merchants beware. The last guy to get busted is dealing with a Hefty suit in Florida (following a recent RHCP show).
